Hello! I'm just new here at buti nalang nakita ko tong discussion board na to haha! Aattend kase ako sa sabado sa Makati yung Study in Canada Fair 2016. Meron kayang mga schools na nag s-sponsor ng scholarships? 1st year college na ako and 16 years old. Di kaya pabalikin ako sa K-11 kase underage ako or something? Plus, 3rd term ko na dito (bali 3 terms kase kami per year) bale mag wa-one year na ako sa school this march. Pwede ba ako mag transfer don as 2nd year student na agad? Shocks wala talaga akong kaalam alam. Please Reply~

i think atleast u have 2 years in college equivalent to grade 12 then back to first year ka talaga in any course.un ang admission requirement ng school ko in sask polytechnic. I duno with other school in Canada i think the best thing to do is ask directly to the school's admission requirements.

Hi Good Day! I applied for a student visa last Dec. 1 2015 and received my refusal letter today. It states that the VO is not satisfied that I will be returning to Philippines after my studies due to limited employment prospects and my employment history. I'm confused.... I have 2 years of tertiary hospital experience prior to applying. I did not mention this in my application.. Should I have? And should I include my COE when I re-apply? And although I can agree that my course (Palliative Care) is not very in-demand for Philippines, I was hoping a change in course will help my case. Please help! I plan to switch to Critical Care Nursing instead (1 year post grad cert). I can't figure out how to get around the reasons for the refusal.

...I was asked OB clearance due to previous surgery, ovarian cysts,so I submitted further docs to clinic on 06 Nov 2015 because my OB was out of the country and I had to get a different OB to make a certificate for me.
More Documents for Medicals submitted 10 Nov 2015 through email (name differences in my previous medical certificates and my real name! they did not include my second name in my OR records)

Hi,

You really should have included that on your application with your coe. I dont think it is necessary for you to shift courses, its just a matter on how you write your SOP and your reasons for studying in Canada. I am also a nurse and currently employed as a Company Nurse.

In my application, I included my current COE (and may previous COE), ITR, and 3 months payslips.

Wala pa din sakin eh,. Naka receive lang ako ng glitch (yun yata tawag dun) from CIC pero wala naman nakalagay nung inopen ko accnt ko.

Thank you, maryjoane! I'm so conflicted, I just spoke to my counselor from Inscol and she says she doesn't recommend that I re-apply because I will just get another refusal. She wants me to go back to work for 6 months and then apply for a study permit maybe for September intake. Pero gusto ko sana go na ng go... I have explained naman in my SOP that I need this education to supplement my skills and previous work experience as I re-enter the workforce in Philippines after a sabbatical. 2 years din kasi akong di nag work (I got pregnant, tapos I developed pre-eclampsia and was on bed rest, delivered early, and my son was in NICU for a while.. So I then made a personal decison to stay at home muna for the first year of his life. I don't know if I should include this to explain the work gap)

But basically my counselor says I shouldn't re-apply until I have returned to work for 6 months minimum. Besides it's too early pa naman daw to apply for May. Pero like last time I applied for the permit, more than 7 weeks inabot so if by 1st Feb ako mag apply most likely late March nanaman or early April ang result so tama lang since May 9 yata ang pasukan. Gusto ko nalang lakasan ang loob ko at mag apply ulit. Pero di ko alam kung kaya ko'ng ma-reject twice. :-\ :-\ :-\ Once is enough, ang sakit sakit na (haha nag drama ba)
