Hi AAM1218! Yup, I read it here na hindi naman kailangan sa kanila and even the doctor was kind enough to tell me that. She was even nice enough to give me options like:
1. See the doctor that administered to me when I was a baby and get a certificate from her (but I doubt if she is still alive)
2. Have it done outside
3. Let them do it
At this point, I asked if there will be any complications if I had the vaccine for the second time. Since wala naman, I proceeded with it na. Positive thinking lang I guess na matatanggap
My only gripe though is that hindi sila magbibigay ng copy ng med results sa akin
A friend of mine headed to the US (on a work visa) recently had his medical at St. Lukes also pero wala din sila copy.
