Anybody got Visa Approved with General Category? Please reply!!!!

Dear Friends,

I applied in General category on 4th of June. All I see in the VFS website is: Tracking id xxxx. is being processed in New Delhi.......

Has anyone in the forum applied in General category and got Visa Approved. If yes, how many days did it take for you?

Please pool in to this post so it might help others too.

I got reply from Consultant that i need to provide Affidavit of my parents that they will support me for the remaining fees + travel expense+living expenese in general category. They said the sponsor should provide the ITR or form 16 (Eg. Father). If it is NIl return also there is not a problem just we need to show them that father will sponsor for remaining fee.

My question is showing Nil Return without tax will not show negative image for my Visa file. Please advise. As i come from middle class family so no other option left.

I have applied paper based visa on 9th June.
And I have also not notarized docs apart from Offer letter and Toefl score card.
Waiting for reponse.

Friends, just received an email from Canada Immigration, the attachment says, Visa has been approved.

I want to thank this forum and all friends here who helped me immensely at all times. May God bless you all.

And to all my other friends who are waiting for an email, please be hopeful. Because Visa is just on its way
