Hi rajkamalmohanram, Can you confirm whether immigration officer may collect CIB (Credit Information Bureau) report from respective country's concern authority.rajkamalmohanram said:1) You and your family should stay in Canada for at least 2 years out of any five year period to maintain your residency obligation.
2) I don't think solvency reports are required. A letter from the bank that contains your name, account number, date of opening and the balance will suffice (along with 6 months bank statements, of course).
3) Tax documents are not usually asked.
As far as I know CIB reports will not be required. They ask for loan status just to be sure that the applicant has not borrowed money or taken a loan to show POF for immigration.SaimonBlue said:Hi rajkamalmohanram, Can you confirm whether immigration officer may collect CIB (Credit Information Bureau) report from respective country's concern authority.
So far, I heard that officer is taking information about principal applicant about his loan status. If applicant give false information then application refused without giving any reason.
I think you need to raise a CSE and include the information you want: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=052&top=3AnnaBG said:Hi all,

Do anyone know conditions like Ankylosing spondylitis will be an obstacle to process the PR application.. Will the patient clear the medicals??? Any suggestions will be helpful..
You will have to create a new EE profile and inform OINP.alya2905 said:Hi guys,
Need you help!!!! My EE profile in "MY CIC" is going to expire on 12th August,2016!!!!! I have already received AOR from OINP on 11th March, but nomination is pending.
What am I suppose to do??
1. Create new account and enter same details?
2. How should I inform OINP and what details should I provide?
3. If new EE number and Job Code is to be shared with OINP, do I have to provide "Change in Personal Information" form by Fedexl?Huh? OR
an email would suffice?

Please find below email that an applicant received from OINP for the same question.
If the profile on which you received a Letter of Interest became ineligible, you have to advise our office.
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) will continue to process your application if you create a new Express Entry profile, however, to do so we require you to provide the following within 30 calendar days of receipt of this notice, or if you have not yet submitted your application, with the application:
1. The Express Entry number/job seeker validation code for your new profile;
2. A copy of the letter you have received from Citizenship and Immigration Canada acknowledging the new profile; and
3. A letter explaining why you updated your profile and a list of the additional or updated information you provided in your new Express Entry profile.
Well, there are 3 ways one can secure a PR - direct ITA (not possible with your score), LMIA (you are saying its not possible for you) and Provincial Nomination (again, you are saying you cannot apply to PNP as well). Well, I don't see how this would work out.mrwait said:Hi guys,
I been working in canada for four years and my crs score is 430. I don't have any chance to get an LMIA. My IELTS Expires in next february. IS there any way i can get the PR? Experts plz help. No other way to increase the score too. My job is so peculiar and so no hope for provincial nominee as well.
Why would this be against the rules. See, when you submit your PR application, you would be submitting medicals and PCC for your spouse as well (even if they are not accompanying you at the moment). If you submit these, you could sponsor your spouse after you become a PR via spousal sponsorship. If you do NOT provide medicals/PCC for your wife at the time of submission of PR, you would NEVER EVER be able to sponsor for her PR. However, she can come to Canada on her own merit (she can apply by herself via EE and immigrate).HInland said:Not accompanying spouse
Does anybody have an example of an applicant who did not included his/her spouse in a EE application, got accepted, received PR and sponsored the spouse latter?
Let me clarify; One real case of someone married who applied under EE, did not claimed spouse points by setting the spouse as not accompanying and succeed with the application.
I have read many opinions about similar cases on this forum, some people agree that this is possible, other people think this is against the rules. Therefore I am looking for a concrete case.
tks
