Hi,

Please help on below queries :

1) Though there is a mention of additional 600 points incase of arranged employment /Provincial or territorial nomination ,the recent draws shows the cut-off above 800 points, does it mean its almost an essential factor to have an arranged employment?

2) For Settlement funds : They are in joint name with parents (first name applicant and second parent name) i.e. Fd's or Saving account and parents are not dependent nor they will be applying, shall it be eligible or should it be in applicants name only?

3) Asset that are eligible for settlement funds?

4) Minimum Net worth of assets required and which assets could be comprised to form net worth? Also eligbilty incase of joint name with parents?

if anybody views the submitted application in your profile. then within few days you would get an email that your application has been updated. it is because of the fact that when you enter the application then it is taken that you have done some editing work in it. so it will get updated accordingly.

Anyone can help me clarify LMO expiry date.
Is it the opinion expiary date stated on the LMO document or the validity of the work visa that you have based on that LMO.

I have submitted my EE profile.My IELTS score is L 6, W 6, R 4.5, S 5.5... My points with spouse is 270 out of 600..I have education qualification is B.Tech Mechanical and completed WES process.I am 27 years old. I have 5.5 years experience in mechanical maintenace engineer in Essar Steel India Ltd. Still no employer invitation found in express entry program.....Is there any nagative point in my profile or I have to wait..
Really, I am in confusion..Please help me..

Can you please tell me whether do I need to fill-in the information about mt High school (10 and 12th standard in India) as well??
Right now I have only entered information about my bachelors and PG program. (I got WES done for these two)
I have not yet Transmitted the application.

I am scoring 65/100 point on grid factor system and 355/1200 on CRS. Am I eligible to apply or not? What is the purpose of two different system?

Is it difficult to get student visa if you have submitted express entry profile?

If one get ITA while he is on student visa in Canada can he apply and change his status to PR?

To qualify for FSW you must
Have a minimum of 67 points. Without that to begin with, you cannot apply for Express Entry

Just completed my EE and have a couple questions:

I have to register for Job Bank but seeing as I already have a full-time job, I don't have to actually use it, correct?

Unless I have an LMIA, my current job basically counts for nothing in regards to getting a significant number of points, correct?

I have a question, my husband applied under NOC 2132 in FSWP 2014 but was not accepted. Now we have opted for EE. I have filled out the profile but every time i log in, it says the profile is INCOMPLETE. I use the option "check for completeness" and it says the application is complete
