It all depends on how he scores in other area. This EE system isn't depends on NOC alone. NOC is only important to prove that his job is SKILLED work (NOC O, A or B). He needs to calculate his points using the program that Canada Visa developed or check his eligibility using the CIC Eligibility Checking tool.Arun2121 said:Hi Seniors,
My friend is working as software tester. Is he is eligible for EE..???
His NOC code is 2283 and skill level B job.
Thanks in advance
