Any Pakistani is planning for Quebec immigration ?

i am also struggling with two things, Legality of work and Attested result of IELTS, dont know what the want and how can we get result attested and then photocopied.

Proof of legality of work experience , is not a big issue.
They want original work experience letter on company letterhead and then we need to attest that letter from notary public / Justice of peace etc...

As of their requirement documented, they will not accept any letter issued from employer for the proof of work LEGALITY, they need something issued from government institution.

Yes if someone works in govt. institution then legality requires from govt. institution but those who are working in private organizations they require experience letter from HR dept or from CEO, then the attestation requires from notary public / oath commissioner / or from govt officer of 17 grade or above.thats it.
It is an old and normal procedure and acceptable by federal and Quebec immigration offices .

Note that work experience letters & "proof of legality of work experience" are NOT the same thing !

Proof of legality of work experience must come from a government authority (for EVERYONE), Qc accepts proof of social security contributions or tax assessment/exemption letters : see the links in the thread I mention.

if you are accompanying with spouse and if you do not have french language certificate (B2) then you have 0 chance. you need 57 point with spouse.

I think you have errors in your points calculation. Even if your calculation is correct, you do not meet the minimum points for a family.

I am not sure what is Attestation of IELTS result and where can we get the ielts result attested..

I noticed some people are suggesting to attach original result.

1st thing, i dont want to loose original one and 2ndly, in document checklist it is clearly mentioned that a photocopy is required.

Can anyone guide please.
