Friends :- Regarding COPR:- who has received the same on these paper its mentioned "Not for Travel"...what does that mean, I already got passports with visa but I have this once confusion, what does this mean...., as per my knowledge, I am thinking its not valid if person does not have valid passport...

Please comment.

COPR is not valid on its own to travel. You need to have a visa counterfoil in your passport and COPR to travel. I have same words written in my COPR.

That is sort of correct. My passport does not have a counterfoil, because of being visa exempt.. Obviously one can only travel in combination with both.. 8)

Friends finally my ecas got updated with Canadian Address ...My prepaid Express Post Platinum got activated and expect my passports tomorrow morning...but Ecas still shows in process...
