Friends I am really glad to inform u all that we received our medicals on 5th December...I was away due to work came bk last night and checked my mailbox...Ola there it was the letter informing waiver of interview and medical request !!! wish me luck friends

Just got that per email..

Dear XXXX,

We are now ready to finalise your application for Permanent Residence. Once the visas are issued they will be valid for entry to Canada until 20 July 2013.

Can you please confirm that your passport details remain the same for all family members. You may wish to forward a scanned copy or fax of each bio page if they are on hand.

Please advise as soon as possible.

Looks like Sydney VO is handing over Christmas gifts to everyone. Its going to be an amazing new year !!! All the best.

I am crossing my fingers to get courier back from VO, as i will be flying to Canada on 15th.

Hello Everyone..

Just want to share further Medical experience with Medibank Health Solution.
i called MHS to book follow-up medical for my spouse, the lady there advise me to bring few things which includes , copy of passport, photos , Medibank letter and the Xray Form. when i inquired where i get this form she said she dont know you have to search the internet.
in my best knowledge these forms are with the doctor and we dont need to take these with us.
Remember this is the further medical for my spause where as the actual medical of all family was already completed couple of months ago in which we took the forms immigration sent us.

it was really frustrating for me and i called 3 times to Medibank Health Solution to inquire about these forms . They advise me without these forms they cant do the Xray. When i was unable to find this form online and called them 3rd time than i got an advise to get it from immigration .
Canada immigration does not respond on phone so i have to send them an email.
i emailed them explaining everything and requesting the forms.
in reply they sent me following email :

Good Afternoon,

Refer File: Bxxxxxxxxx

Medibank Health Solutions will have the forms which you are emailing about. Please ensure that your spouse takes with them their passport and passport sized photos for the forms. It is also suggested that they take with them the letter which you received mentioning that a repeat chest x-ray is required.

When they go for the appointment please have Medibank Health Solutions contact our office direct if they have any problems. They may also wish to take a copy of our email along with them to the appointment.

That was the sigh of relief and now my spouse additional medical is completed .

i share it for all users who might get same problem from MHS.

Just a quick question.. regarding the RPR fee, they want a bank draft sent by mail, is this really the only way? No credit card or online deposit?
