Fellow Country men and women,

I see a strange thing today on my ecas, my two addresses have appeared. One my normal address and another one is my port of entry (Vancouver) that i had mentioned in my original application. but the overall status still says its "In Process".

Any ideas ?

I am flying out on Saturday and its getting really tight, hope i get my PR before Friday.

Hello Friends ...have a question to all those who did their medicals in Sydney ( Surry Hills). I have done meds along with my wife on 17th December and have been calling up the Medibank number for tracking number....first of all they have their 1300 number which goes to the call center and then you get transferred to your particular clinic. Upon calling they mentioned that my meds are still not finalized, I believe this has been delayed due to Holiday season. But does anyone know how much time it takes to send out meds to Manila? and has anyone else called up Medibank before for tracking number particularly the Surry hills clinic? Please help....

Don't worry, keep calling them for the tracking number. They do take some time to send the medical results out to RMO. It did take around 15/20 days for them to send mine to Singapore.

My spause addition medical was completed on 10th of December and after a week i called for tracking number ,they provided me a mail tracking numbere which was sent of on 19th of December 2012 , i tracked down and it reaches there in manila on 27th of December.
Actually i called them two times for tracking number as the first time one digit was missing , when i called 2nd time the man on the reception he asked for name and date of birht and the day medical was completed and provide me the tracking number.
if your medicals are finalized and sent off then the notes in your file shows the tracking number and any one you talk in medibank surryhils wil provide you that number. but if its not been finalize or not been sentoff then you have to wait a little more and call them after few days they will let you know...

Thank you Madi & Harry_aussie ...Medibank confirmed me the tracking number today saying that medicals were normal ...Now the wait for Medicals received & PPR begins....

Cant believe my Ecas has been updated on a Sunday Evening!!! did check my Eacas this morning and nothing was updated...Medicals have been Received!!! now what??? PPR soon??

I got this via email today... it seems the end of a long stretch!


We have received your bank draft - thank you.

We have just finalised your application and the Permanent Residence documents will be dispatched to you this week. There is no need for you to sent your passports. We are able to issue your documents without the need for a Visa to be inside your passports as you are from a Visa exempt country.

We would like to wish you all the best for your move to Canada.

I sent an email for cross verification about my RPRF payment last night to Sydney VO and they replied in lightening speed early this morning ...
Dear Sir,

The RPRF payment has been confirmed, Thank you.
