Can anyone please help me that i wil be landing to toronot with a kid so how long should i expect to be immigration process and my destination city is regina so i wil be heading to edmonton before regina so it can it be a problem??
And as provincial nominee do i need to stay in province i am nominated for??? And how many years?

If you are coming with or without kid it depends on terminal/timings/day
for example if you are coming in weekdays than your transfer time should be 3 to 4 hours to next flight.
and if you are coming in weekends than try to take longer interval between next flight so it could be a huge rush on Pearson Airport coz it is really a newcomers time to get in.
and lastly if you are PNP (PV2) than you should stay in your nominating province. coz that province has nominated you. does it make sense to you now. Though you are independent as per charter of rights. but you should stay in your nominating province. you have signed a consent to make a contribution to province's economy. dont you ?

on airport CBSA officer can ask you to show onward ticket. it could be.
