Umair.. CIC doesnt mail u anythng abt ur file transfer. Once it will be transferred and LVO will start working on it, you will get email from lvo regarding submission of rprf....medicals...or may be they can ask for anyother info before rprf n medicals.
After submission to cic it took us 6 months to receive medicals and rprf

Umair check your status on cic website by using ur UCI or file number. Once it will start processing, your statys will be shown as in process. Which means that file is with LVO

No idea about it .... lvo works its own way ... sometimes they send medicals asap and then do background check.. sometimes they do background chk first and then send medicals... we cant predict
