Dear Raj.. i am applying for SINP family class but only have a letter from my college showing medium of instruction is English.plz tell me when they can ask for Ielts either when they my application received at Regina or after nominating me by SINPPrince_Raj said:

is visa officer select pnp nominees on basis of six factors which is used for selecting federal skilled workers like age, education,ielts, experience etc...
if some one is sinp nomiee and he has approval from sinp ..is his 5 overall ielts band can work well if visa officer asked about to submit his ielts......bcz at least moderate level of ielts is requirement for all federal workers....but is it same for pnp nominees
plz comment on this whatever i asked bcz this question is asked by that person who really cant use internet very well and not member of this forum thats why he is asking from me...and plz all u here help me

Hi, no body can give you a concrete answer to this as it all depends on the visa officer. he has the right to ask for what ever documents. Also it is not sure if 5 bands will be OK. But you should note that the respectable score is 6 bands but its dependent on the visa officer. may be he will accept 5 bands but no body knows.
it seems that you are just asking about the possibility and the visa officer has not asked for it yet. see it is not part of visa officer check list so just wait if they ask the ielts or not.
And if he did ask for it, your friend will have ample time to repeat the ielts as they give 60 days to submit the documents.

you should write what ever you are planning to do in canada to get your self established.. like searching for job, further education and other things like that... you must have thought about what you will be doing in canada.. they just want that you write it down formally...
