There are 2 options for your husband to send his passports, either via VFS to London, or via xpresspost/courier to CPC-O.
under information chart the box for name and addresses are for return labels, according to me if he is applying via VFS, no matter
whatever address he writes because eventually he will have to pick up passport from VFS office.
if he is applying via xpresspost/courier to CPC-O he should write his name, address, phones (email: same as of application)

It seems pretty fast ; hopefully it stays like that( so far they didn't ask for any additional documents) which I believe they skipped.
I think almost same happened to " YOURS" ( another member).So, these days I think after AOR,they are sending Medicals and RPRF within 2-3 months and thus expediting the entire process

Can my brother in Canada make a bank draft from Royal bank on my behalf and send it to LHC ,London directly .Or can I pay on line through credit card ,print the receipt and send . Need your expert opinion

No you can not pay by credit card to LDVO. Your Brother can make bank draft on your behalf while writing your name and application number on the back of BD, but the problem is that LDVO asks all additional documents in one package... so bank draft should reach you and you have to send as one package to LDVO along with other documents if they have been asked...

yes your brother can do that because my brother send all documents to me here in canada and i make a bankdraft from royal bank and send it one packege to LVO.

They didn't ask for any additional document .
They sent only one e-mail in which they asked for Medicals and RPRF.
As far as I know Medical results will be sent directly from Lahore IOM to LHC, London so I will have to send only the bank draft (which my brother will do that Canada.MY TIME LINE goes
