i make enquiry to LVO on regarding my MPNP application which i have filed on 25 March 2013. i got this reply from LVO:

Dear Mr. Tariq,

Please be advised that your file was reviewed by an Immigration Officer on 24 January 2014.

You will receive an email from our office within the next couple of weeks.

Now my question is,
you might receive information and an invitation letter from CIC about free in-person assistance. mostly they asked for updated forms...they asked me the same updated forms(background declaration n travel history forms).....
my visa office was london but they transferred my file to ADVO due to overload :-[ i got my medical req from ADVO.
Whats ur ECAS now? keep an eye on ur ECAS now...mostly when it change to "we started processing ur file" u ll receive some email from them like medical req or additional docs.

With the grace of All Mighty ALLAH, today i get email from LVO and they asked me to submit all updated forms, Medical results and RPRF for both of us (Me & My Spouse).

-They Also asked to submit ''a full and detailed explanation from you of how you will become economically established
in Canada.

&

-if you have work experience in your field of education or training, describe exactly what
you did in your job.


Any senior member of this forum suggest me that how to write both of these in a professional manner and with the key points.
