In which situation your file ?

Stuck somewhere in LVO no idea what they are doing with that file.. I sent query on london office website on 06 August 2013 and they replied on 02 Aug that "Your application is in process or waiting to be reviewed by an immigration officer. No further action is required by you at this time.". I am still confused that should i send query again or just for non .

Yes better to send another CSE , because they have some general reply one of them you received.
You should draft a complete status , since when you have submitted your file, AOR. also ask what pending.
