You should send them a CSE & inquire about status of your file. Use your UCI for CSE.

You can write that "I got AOR on XXXX & I'm still waiting for some response from visa office. Kindly update me that you received my file or not yet? Also when should I expect next step".

Apply for CIO ( nova scotia) ?
I mean how much months ?

After being nominated, will CIO continue to contact with sponsor ?
Can we change our representative ?

Hi Dear,

Are you PNP applicant? If , yes Then there wouldn't be any 2nd AOR, there will be

Step 1-additional documents request that could be composed of ;

a.Any updated form to be re-submitted
b.Settlement plan
c.Police clearance

step 2- Medical requisite & Right of permanent resident fee
Step 3- PPR-1
Step 4 - PPR2

Hi Dear,

After Nomination you guys need to apply within 6 month time to Nova scotia , as written in Nomination letter.
secondly VO may contact sponsor for any verification like , that sponsor still resident of Canada of same province or not, if not then there would be some -ve preposition for your case.
I don't have any idea for changing the Representative, as per my understanding, this could happened and done any time.

Hope this would clarify you a bit, it's just my own observation and experience, so you can proceed with or leave it, it's up to you
