Dear Zahid Saab

One of our SINP family stream applicant from India Gurdev Singh got his second AOR [response from concerned visa office] from NDVO after 81 days and then after 14 days he got medicals.
He was nominated on 24 oct. 2012.
So you are very near to receive medicals but i learned that LVO first request add. docs. like bank statements settlement plan, and updated forms. Then they request medicals. Did you provided settelment plan at any stage.
regards

I am also in same sinp family stream. I sent my additional documents on in Apr2013 received at LVO on 01May2013. since then no reply or progress neither acknowledgement.

My passport is expiring this november...

1. should i renew my passport while still waiting for PPR1?
2. Will my police certificate that i have submitted to lvo become invalid if i get a new passport?
3. Will my medical results become invalid if i get a new passport?

Please guide.

Thanks.

Dear Reg1966

AOA WRWB

Did u sent CSE to LVO.
If not then you can ask them to clear the situation.
It seems that you will receive medicals soon.
On which date SINP nominated you.
Insha allah very soon you will get medicals.

regards

Review of Additional Documents usually takes 4 months as written in their email as well. So hopefully you'll get MR in August or September.

I did not sent any CSE to LVO. I think coz of PAFSO strikes I guess the process is slow.
I got my SINP nomination on 30Oct2012.
just hope for the best.

Most probably you'll get stamped visa till September or October. So if you can move quickly to Canada then don't renew it right now. But it would be risky as PPR1 & PPR2 can take longer due to strike.

If you don't want to take risk then you should apply for Urgent passport as soon as possible & You'll get a new one in less than 3 weeks.

Renewal of passports has nothing to do with PCC or Medical, they'll remain valid no matter what. Your new passport number would be same as new one. Only last digit will change from 1 to 2.

in my nomination letter there is no NOC Code.
Is it important. And I submitted all docs to CIO and got AOR too.
what you suggest.
Somebody told me to ask SINP for it.
But I don't think so.
Are here any members who don't have any NOC Code on their nomination letter and they proceeded successfully.

Thank And Best Regards

I had NOC on my nomination letter but never ever mentioned it in any of documentation. So NOC is not at all important in case of PNP applicants.

You can yourself locate your NOC by using following link:

I would like to thank each one of you for being so helping at this forum. May Allah give you all success and create ease for all of us in settling down there. My best wishes and prayers are with all of you.

I'm copy/pasting the PPR1 email that I receive from CHC, London:

Dear XXXXXX,

Your application has reached the final stage of processing. Please follow the instructions in the attached letter carefully. Your file number is indicated in the subject line of this email. It is a 'B' followed by 9 digits.

Unless your passport or the passport of one of your accompanying family members expires on an earlier date, your permanent resident visas will all expire on 14 February 2014.
