By the grace of ALLAH(SWT) I GOT MR today i sent updates on 21/1 /2013 and received on 23/1/2013 at chc london and MR issued on 29/1/2013 via email but consultant sent me today. thanks to all forum friends.

Hi Ume Rayan,

I notice that you have advised someone that they can pay RPRF by credit card? I have done this online and have a barcoded PDF receipt that was sent by email from CIC. But I was told very recently that the London Visa Office would not accept this receipt and that I would have to get a refund and pay RPRF again? I was going to send the receipt to CIC Sydney with a covering letter and my UCI number to see if they would accept it there? Do you know if this receipt will be accepted in London when they request RPRF?

Hi Andrew

I don't know much about credit card payment method.

But I know many applicants whose processing fees & RPRF was paid through a Canadian Bank's credit card of their relative residing in Canada & it was accepted by CIC without any issues.

Recently my Pakistani friend paid his RPRF through his Uncle's credit card who is living in Canada & he didn't get any email from CHC,London regarding improper payment method.

So I'm sure that any payment done by Canadian credit card is acceptable by CHC,London. Don't know about their rules for other countries.

Why don't you send a CSE to CHC,London & inquire them about exact payment method.

Sorry for inconvenience, actually I'm not an expert, I just try to answer according to best of my knowledge.

Thanks mate, much appreciated, I paid with my own credit card here in the UK, I don't see what the problem is, I have paid it and got a barcoded receipt so all should be OK.

I did send them an email to enquire about the payment, but did not get a reply (Not been 28 days!!) as yet. I am just going to send it to Sydney and London just to make sure.

My brother in law who is in canada. He paid our processing fee from his American Express credit card and CIO accepted it. Now he will pay our RPRF from this card.
