You better convince your sponsor to visit Manitoba Office personally and talk to them about your case .
Re-applying will not expedite your case no matter what.

Surprising!! few days ago you got UCI and now landing fees.

Actually, when visa officer request for RPRF fees that mentioned mode of payment in their email.

Yes, it is safe and quickest way to pay your fee. I paid my initial application fees online and have sent copy with my application to CIO.

Did you get our medical request as well with landing fees??

Time lines means share your processing time for example when you file received at CIO, when you received AOR etc.

thanks for your swift reply, no I only got UCI no and landing fee request, still my case status is in application received and medial is awaited, one more thing want to know, what will be mentioned on pdf receipt, will ur credit card code will appear on that receipt or only name card no will be mentioned.

Only card holder name mentioned on PDF file. There is a option to write your UCI number by manually in PDF file.
