Its mean that they have finalized ur case now. And u got ur visa. Mean within next week u will get ur passports back. So time to enjoy.

PPR is an abbreviation of Pass-port Request. Basically when your application reached at the stage when visa is needs to be issued, visa office asks an applicant for their passport. Passport request is normally made in two steps. In 1st step (which usually called by people and known as PPR1) visa office asks an applicant to provide their passport copies and any updated information. Once you submit 1st part (PPR1) to visa office, they review your information and after review they send you final letter in 2nd step which is called PPR 2. In this final PPR2 letter visa office asks an applicant to send their passports to visa office.

Hello guys. I need a help from you guys. I received additional documents request last month which also included updated forms including IMM5669 and other documents.
I completed them all and sent them last week. Now I just received another email stating that i need to send IMM5669 form again as the one I sent is incomplete.
Here is what they said

In order to continue processing your application we require an updated Schedule A/IMM 5669 with no gaps.
The Schedule A/IMM 5669 that you submitted is incomplete. Please ensure every month in your Education/Personal History is accounted for since 2004.

Can anyone guide me what they need. I am confused on this part.

Yeah they ever required 10 years complete history. So u must provide them overall detail. By gaps, their meaning is that u did not mention complete detail.
Like from jan 2004 to sep 2005: u were studying
Oct 2005 to nov 2006: working at any firm
Dec 2006 to june 2009: working full time at any firm
July 2009 to aug 2014 : mention what u r doing.
Mean check ur detail which u provide them? Have u mentioned every year or did not miss any time among them.

I have given them every detail.

Education details in education history and work detail in work history.

But still what is missing??
 
OK i saw that I didn't mention early education. Started showing from Matriculation. So i will show from class 1 till end.

Also about personal history i want to ask a question.

I have completed my bachelors degree in 2009 started in 2005
And i started working in 2008 till now.

So how to write the personal history according to information above.
Should it be like this.

1.
degree completed - 2005 to 2009
working in a firm - 2008 to 2014

Or should i write like this,

2.
degree started - 2005 - 2008
Working in a firm - 2008 - 2009
degree completed - 2008 - 2009
working in a firm - 2009 - 2014

Please tell me which format is correct. 1 or .

But the issue is that my study was continuous as well as my work. With the timeline you mentioned the study gets a break in between the work which will make things confusing..

No study did not have any break. In my case, i had written
Full time study- sep 2005 -aug 2007
Given time to family and searching job - sep 2007 - jan 2008
Full time job- feb 2008- aug 2008
Full time job correspondence part time study- sep 2008- oct 2010
Only full time job - nov 2010 - 2014.

In ur case, u were doing part time job with study while i was doing job with part time study..
Its just my suggestion.

No exclude your part time working don't exclude studying...

in Education Write only from Matriculation by month and year format like

Degree = University/College Name = 09-2006 to 09-2009

F.Sc = College Name = 06-2004 to 08-2006

Matriculation = School Name = 03-2002 to 05-2004


thats it for education


In personal history write without gap like

Full time working = 07-2009 to Till Date = Company's Name

Studying + Part time working = 07-2008 to 07-2009 = Same University/College Name + Company's Name

Studying = 09-2006 to 06-2008 = University/College Name

Studying = 06-2004 to 08-2006 = College Name

Studying = 03-2002 to 05-2004 = School Name

For UAE addresses write down Empost P.O box if u have ur own or write company's.
Saudia, i have no idea... I think u can do the same.. As middle east there is no system of
Postal codes.
