you have to pay only RPRF for you and your spouse i.e C$ 490 + 490 = C$980

Yes exactly, Receiver General For Canada.. Also Draft should be payable to a Canadian bank in Canada... ask your bank about this... they will have connection with some bank in Canada... Like on my draft it was made for receiver general for canada and also on draft was mentioned Royal Bank of Canada Toronto.

Congrats to pari manitoba on getting MR. I am very happy after hearing this.

So according to some cases They take 8-9 months after AOR to send MR. If this is the case then I might be waiting for another couple of months for my MR..

Alberta Nominated Me. initially they asked for proof of funds and settlement plan. now they have asked to fill all updated forms initially sent to CIC along with PCC.
I also need an advice how to attach extra sheet for information in background declaration as well as in Additional family information if due to space limitation all information cannot be included in form. will it be on a normal blank paper or additional print of the same page of that particular form.

You can make a sheet on excel or word with the main heading extra sheet and then write the question no. you are going to give detail, then make a table same like on the form and fill it... you have to give background declaration personal history of last 10 years or from 18 years of age which ever is higher...
