Proof of Funds:
you have to show bank certificates mentioning balance available. you may also show properties but it is better that most of the funds are available in the bank.
Plan to economically established in Canada:
just write, formally, what ever you are planning to do once you land in canada and before that. like getting job, certification, living with family, friends etc.
did they asked for source of funds?

this seems to be passport request from islamabad.
the medical request letter that london sent to me also mentioned Property Evaluation as proof of funds. this was exact sentence.

funds should be atleast what was asked as part of your provincial nomination.

I think this issue has to be raised that the files transferred on 30th june are untouched. And some of the applicants have even passed 18 months and applied in June 2009 to CHC Islamabad.
