In order to continue processing your application, we require the additional documents listed below. Please send clear legible photocopies rather than the original documents unless otherwise specified. If the documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation with a photocopy of the original document.
-Updated forms which are available on our website:
• New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form
• New Schedule A/Background Declaration form for you and your spouse. There can be no gaps in your personal history (Question#8) or address history (Question #12)
• New Schedule 4 Provincial Nominee form
• New Additional Family Information form IMM5406 for you and your spouse
• Police clearance certificate for you and your spouse.

BTW. What's general process for BG Checks, what type of checks would be conducted?

BG Checks are conducted by hiring local agencies here in Pak. They verify authenticity of almost each & everything like Education Degrees/Certificates, Job experience, ID cards, Passports, Bank accounts, Police record etc etc. But usually its just random/brief verification. If they find something fishy, only then they perform thorough verification.

Many thanks , It seems that they wanted to double check the provided details. Even my all Original docs ( Education / Exp ) are dispense will file.
Any how i hope all could be verified at any instance.

I am out of 600 succesfull cabdidtaes of Opportunities Ontario FSW Backlog Program; as I beleive every one was sent a support letter for OWP while I have not recived it yet; is it OK am I the only one or they have missed out others as well.

To whom shall I contact at CIC ontario any contact details!

I learned here that it take 3-4 months to get RPRF.& MR.
could you tell me that after your package delivered at CIO NS,How long they took to send you AOR.
mine passed 20 days.

I have sent my updated documents to london visa office recently. I just wrote my file no like (B000000000) on envelop and didn't write (EFL) along with file no.I want to ask all is it necessary to write (EFL) along file no or is it ok?
