She is 18 now.I know how to fill the other forms but confused about this form Imm8. I had given all in4mation in dependents column when i filled this form. i had written about myself in personal details and in dependents column i had written her detail. u mean that i wrote my information again in personal detail and her in dependent column. in UCI column what should i write?i have already uci no but in her medical form viza office gave her another uci no. i m bit confused. give me ur contact ie email or something else.

IMM 008 Need to be refilled with same information that you have provided before, You can write your UCI number and her as well. Means your personal details and her too.

but VO is london , but 7 months have been passed no any update from LVO please guide me i am very worry,

yes once LVO updated my mailing addres upon my cse request, after that neither they updated my status nor they asked for any additional documents. because there was no any defency in preparing my all documents including my spouse all i sent to CIO 100 % complet and AOL i got within 20 days through email.

pcc from pakistan and pcc saudia got translation form saudi embassy and sent with CIO application etc.

Oh that is too much strange ??? I'm June 2012 applicant too & I'm done with my medicals. I wonder what happened in your case ???

I'll suggest to send them a CSE again & clearly ask them about status of your file & tell them that you didn't receive any email/request from them so far. ask them how long will it take?

i think they ask especially frm paki nation, i dont knw rest of the world anyhow today i applied n they asked me to collect on 4th feb but i will try to get before 4th feb inshAllah

2 months after my medical they asked for PCC thats mean my medical is cear now ? m i right

Yes it clearly shows that your medicals are just fine & they are about to send you PPR1 after receiving your PCC

International Driving License cost around 1200 to 1500 and it will be valid for 1 year so We can drive in Canada right away.

Please be sure to have all the info on your NOC like name, address, driving license number ,issue date and date of expiry etc, otherwise your NOC didn't work here and then you have to go to Pak embassy to get a certificate ,which will cost you $20 to $40

Alhumdolilah i have got my medical requset and RPRF. Dear seniors tell me which form should i attach for fee. Thanks

I just send RPRF bank draft to CHC,London. I attached a covering letter in which I mentioned all of the documents that I'm sending along with that letter. Order of documents that I sent was as follows:

1: Covering letter

2: Visa office email in which I was requested for Medicals & RPRF

3: Bank Draft in favour of "Receiver General for Canada"

4: Cash deposit receipt I got from IOM

(I was not asked to submit any forms)

By the Grace of Allah, I have received an email from London. The following have been requested:

-Updated forms which are available on our website:

New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form
New Schedule A/Background Declaration form for you and your spouse. There can be no gaps in your personal or address history. Each month must be accounted for and listed.
New Schedule 4 Provincial Nominee form
New Additional Family Information form IMM5406 for you and your spouse

-Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee

-Medical results (please refer to separate email which will follow)

-Updated original police certificates for you and your spouse from each country that you or your spouse have lived in for 6 months or more since October 2011 ( maybe because I applied in Nov 2011 and the PCC I provided have become obsolete )

UCI number is different from one another. We came to know about dependent's UCI number after Medical request. So write your daughter UCI number in her details as you know it by now.
