yaar no need to make sad face on IOM cuz really its good , 2 to 3 hours process
my time was 11 AM aur i got free 2 around and they will also make pic , good thing is ... they notify next day if something is bad in medical test if test r fine thn they wont call
iom requirments
1-original medical request letter 2-medical instruction letter 3-original passport with 2 Nos photocopy
3- 5 nos photograph with light color dress and white background

I made sad face because I heard Dr. Rathor (former DMP) was too good as he sent medicals directly to London Visa Office & thus applicant's status changed to medical received much quicker. Don't know about IOM whether they are sending it to New Delhi or directly to London.

How much they charge you? I mean how much you paid for medical.

application filed.nov 2011 CIC London
add docs request. march 2012
docs submitted.may 2012

any one please suggest me when will i now receive my medicals,waiting for replies.

Mashallah that's great , my status was changed to in process since July but did not receive medical request. There is no specific time for Medical request, so we need to wait and see the situation and further process and instructions.

I applied in LVO, CIC. I inquired about status update, and receive response, that my application in process, The immigration office will contact when decision has been made or any further information required,i am worried about.

@verveiko I mean my original medical was oct 1 then after 5 days they call me and say I need to re take my x ray because its blur,so I did last oct 17 so far I didn't receive any phone call from them, so I checked my e-cas yesterday it's showing application receive July 23 2012, and the nextstep they said we start processing your application on oct 23 2012,how about ur e-cas?

Yes IOM should send medicals directly to London Visa Office if applicant is willing to pay courier charges just like Dr. Rathor. He was charging Rs.4,500 for DHL.

Did you inquire IOM that they have any facility to send medicals directly to London?

Rs.3,550 for single applicant but for a family it would be above Rs.10,000.

Thanks a lot once again for your detailed reply. Wish you a speedy PPR. I have seen federal skilled applicant's list & most of them are getting PPR1 mail next day after their status changed to "Medical received". Hope the same happens in your case too.
