Hello guys,
I was away so I could not access the net since Monday. I just came back but still have not seen my AOR on mail. I wonder what is happening. could it be my NOC code?

With or wirhtout IELTS?

I have applied under NOC 4121 and have just received AOR email. But I can't take IELTS before 20th feb 2010. result of IELTS wont come before 2nd week of march. I was wondering whether I should send my full application without IELTS because i just need 4 points in English proficency. All my Education BS in Engineering and MS in Engineering has been in english. I am teaching in a university from last two years and medium of instruction is English. Should I sent a full application stating all these facts for getting 4 points for English, I will also mention that I am taking IELTS on 20th january and if need be I 'll send my IELTS score in march. What do you guys recommend, Should i wait for 1 and half month and send my full application with IELTS score or should I sent the full application now for speedy process.

hello everyone....another new day but still no news ??? but i gez we must not lose hope.......

i hav 2..ok..few :D questions for seniors,.........

1. do university transcripts hav validity? if we send to visa office sealed ones then for any other requirement..can we apply for transcripts again??

2. will transcripts be enuf or the main degree certificate [attested/notarized] copy will have to be sent also.......or they want original attested certificate? will they return originals if they take?

3. since for visa office we hav to send copy of the application sent to CIO with current dated signature..but wht if my contact details or some other info changes? do i write the new info in a copy page and staple it with the original application? do i have to write a letter specifying the new changes?

4. wht if unfortunately we miss the AOR or rejection email?? then wht? we wont just kno whn our 120 days gets over yeah? or if by end of Jan....if any nov 2009 applicants do not get response..then should we contact CIO NS?? how to contact them?

Transcripts have no expiry. You can reapply for transcripts if you need it for any other reason like Canadian education equivalency assessment

Send the notarized copy of main degree certificate as well as all mark sheets to be on safer side. No originals required by CHC

Write a letter and identify all changes from Original application, also same changes need to made in the forms

If you miss the AOR, you will get anxious my friend and try to figure out why you did not get it. If any applicant does not get AOR with in 90 days he should contact CIO. I do not have their e-mail address handy, the last one is bouncing the e-mails.
