I dont know for the first part of the question..

but the other; yes, you can create second profile and still try to have the first application opened. Acctualy I have done the same, and on my second profile I even recived interest letter from Ontario, that I didn't accept as in the meanwhile they reopend my first application. At this time, I have two active profiles, one already in process for PR, and the other one in the pool

Same here. I have one cancelled profile that CIC will be re-opening. And the other profile with a new ITA.

Nothing yet. It still reads "cancelled as incomplete". I only got an e-mail that they will be reopening my case and that I will receive a message in due course. I still have 18 days to submit new app based on the new ITA, so I started gathering docs and will submit if I don't get an answer.

Michail, when you submitted your new profile, did you deleted the previous job profile and created a new one with the new profile number. I am confused if I could keep two job bank profiles, one for the profile I am waiting to reopen and one for the new express entry profile I created

Hi to all successful applicants who got a positive outcome from filing a CSE.

Based on what I've read with link above, you cannot send additional documents unless the CIC officer asks for it.

Well here's my story. I amended my POF from spouse account to joint account including me as the principal applicant. Same bank account number, same transaction history. Only my name was inserted.

I also submitted a notarized LOE explaining the amendments and purpose of funds in that bank account, etc.

Part of the CSE submission was also the notarized letter from my spouse explaining on giving all the funds to me for our POF.

Question, is there anyone who was successful in submitting "self-initiated" files ?

I'm on the verge on the final stages of my application based on trending.

BUMPING this thread up.

I submitted my app last Feb. 12 but I was not able to provide my original WES ECA report but I did include the upgraded one with reference number ending in IMM.

Now there is no confirmed rejection yet for this, but I don't want to take any chances and will be submitting a CSE any way including my original ECA report.

For those in the same scenario e.g. want to submit additional documents via CSE hoping IRCC will acknowledge it, let us make this thread alive again.

Hi, joining the club of cancelled application due to missing documents...

Reason: did not send original birth certificates of my kids, only the translation.
Date cancelled: Aug 30th 2016
CEI sent with missing documents: Sep 1st 2016

No refunds yet, no reply for CEI.

Opened a new profile but I cannot get enough point for ITA because I got 600 points from BC PNP linked to the cancelled EE profile.
Anyone already faced similar scenario?

Hi everyone,

I received my PR application rejection on June 28th, 2016. and my WP was expiring on 16th of July,2016. Rejection happened due to my consultant who made mistakes in my job letter and guiding my employer regarding that (even i am working with that company from last 3 years, but my job letter was showing as i started working with them since feb 2016, which was not reflecting one year experience under CEC class. Despite they were having my pay stubs and T4, they didn't try contacting my employer, just sent me rejection). I sent documents for reconsideration and they rejected it again. Then, on 6th of July (10 days before expiration of WP), i sent paper application of WP to CIC, but my employer not gonna help me to get LMIA. Now, i am on implied status, but 99% chances that i am not gonna get extension of work permit. I don't know that what should i do now ? Could u plz help ?

If, i am thinking of LMIA from another new employer, then they are asking for 25000 to 35000 $, which is huge. Regarding my PR rejection, i appealed to federal court, don't know whats gonna happen. But everything is out of track. I'll really appreciate, if someone can help me to get out of this hardest time of my life.

Dear Members,

I have submitted eAPR on 9-11-2016 and medical passed on 9-12-2016. I sent updated POF documents via CSE-Web inquiry form and I was told my documents are received however my file is now with a Canadian visa office abroad and I should also try to contact them. Is this a good thing? Does it mean my file passed completeness check? I included ECA, Diploma certificates, transcripts, PCC etc.

How long will I be looking at before contact from LVO.

My previous EE application was cancelled due to PCC wrong documents provided and i made new EE profile right after, then i send request to SINP to revised my provincial nomination to link to my new EE profile. I've got it within 2 days from SINP with the revised provincial nomination link to my new EE profile but same nomination certificate number.
Thus also, i fill up inquiry to CSE attaching my revised SINP nomination because my new EE profile under column Provincial/Territory nomination currently still Pending.

I have two very important questions here in my case?
1.Possibly that IRCC will honor my revised SINP nomination with the same nomination certificate number?
2. How does it take usually IRCC to action such request or update my new profile to credit 600 points under Provincial/Territory nomination?

Not sure if I understood it right, but IRCC don't do anything. SINP needs to electronically link the nomination to you new IRCC EE profile, so you get there a message to accept it and then you have the 600 points. It is a 100% electronic process started by SINP. Are you sure they linked to the new profile?

I submitted my application on 01-Feb-2017 and I added India PCC only thinking i have to add only last 10 yrs PCC based on countries i stayed for more than 6 months. But as per the mail thread it looks like i have to put all PCC's as i was in UK like 11 yrs ago but for more than 6 months. Is it true? If yes, then how can i update my application as once its submitted we dont see any update button to upload latest document.

I will be applying for UK PCC in a day or two but not sure how to send it to CIC to consider in my application which i submitted on 01-Feb-2017

Reason: India pcc date was from 2009 to 2011 . They asked from 2006 to 2011.
I have applied pcc again on 14 feb waiting for it.

I have already recreated EE profile and waiting for ITA . Score 470 .
Should I wait for ITA or should I ask to reopen my application After getting pcc . Please need some help . It's a long wait. I'm cec candidate currently on visitor permit as my work permit expired.
