It's private access information. I don't have the link saved in my browser, but you can find info and forms on CIC website. Basically you pay 5 dollars, fill two forms signed and dated by both you and your spouse, either e-mail or post it and within 30 days you'll have several pages explaining your application processing in details, like what steps have been passed, in process, or not started, as well as any concern or notes from the officer.

It fairly easy- follow the link Nelly* provided, and if you are submitting after Jan 2013, make sure you get the right consent form. They are changing it as of Jan 2013.

Sure, you can request GCMS notes at any time. It takes around 30 days from the time you apply to receive them.

another question, I have read the GCMS form, they need my spouse'e signature as well, he is not here, so can I send this form to him, he sign it and then scan it to me???

Yes, absolutely. Have him fill and sign, and scan it. He can email it to you. You can also scan you own form, put the two forms along with the receipt and email them all to the email mentioned in the instructions.

No worries. You will need two forms because you are requesting the GCMS notes on behalf of your spouse (remember that only people within Canada can request them). Therefore, you need two forms: one is the consent form, in which your spouse authorizes you to have access to his information. The second form is actually the application form through which you are requesting the notes, and you need to pay the $5 application fee, too.

If you were doing this on your behalf and for yourself, then just the application form would've been enough, and it would've been free

Oh my God, I am really sick of waiting. Today I have contacted my lawyer and she told me that in Ankara they have enough time to check all applications, but recently they are making the process longer so that they can find out that your marriage is real or not. for how long do we need to waittttttttttttt I am so depressed.

Thats just crazy...but what about the people who have already passed relationship section on their GCMS notes...!!! this is getting out of hand honestly...nothing is sooo long! we need some good news...

does anyone know if we go down to the Ankara embassy us the sponsors with our Canadian Passports will they give us answers about our spousal applciations???

Alish If you have already have your GCMS note and it mentioned that you have passed, so you don't have to be worry. unfortunately I do not have my GCMS note , and I do not know whether they have passed mine or no. Are you in Ankara?

As a Canadian citizen u are allowed to walk in there , however they would just tell u that they are awaiting background checks . that's all
