I can't believe it!! Yesterday, I sent my new passport as it was requested and today, Decision Made on ecase!!!! and no update for mycic!!!
Is it a relief finally??

Hey, congrats! Yes, I think you should receive the pass request email within a week from now. I had heard of other people with DM on their ecas and their mycic still in background check!

I hope so! The processing is very individual-based. Hopefully, the longer waiting applicant hear some news.
By the way, did you get any email for your ecas update? Or, you just checked it randomly?

Hey dear NGB , I've got the same request for sending copy of new passport yesterday,how did you send the new one? There's no new update on my cic account so i can't upload any additional documents,and the email they linked for me is bouncing,Do you have any email address for Ankara?

Just today I checked my ecas cos I didn't check since 9th March that I received the document request.

Yet, another wife got DM, I can't get my head around it, in 4 months result, as much as happy I am for them, I'm very frustrated for us,

It's great that at least some families are getting reunited but the way the office works is discriminative.
I haven't seen my husband for almost a year (my trip was cancelled in December) and our anniversary is coming up, it's just unbearable

All of us have been in this frustrating line and just wish the best for all.

I don't know why Ankara is doing this to us. I know a wife who got PR for her husband from Ankara in 2015 in 6 months. What has changed now? Anyway even though I really like my profession here but it is not fair to my husband to keep working for Canada and paying tax while Canada VO/MP doesn't care. My patience is over and I am just waiting a little bit more and after that Canada will have one less tax payer.

I understand you, but wait for a bit more, it can't be that long. We've been keeping strong for such a long time, well deserved PPR is coming our way InshaAllah!
