Mine still says Application Received. I would say your In Process is a good sign.

Hi Alish :
It means they are still working on your eligibility statues and have not made any decisions yet ,which is good, if all the documents that were needed are sent , you will get the "decision made" e-mail or letter soon, and they will grant your sponsorship.
They will let you know then, I never got a lettet from them , it was an e-mail was sent to me indicating that they found me eligible to sponsor my wife ,

Hi Alish, that is great , from now on it is just the waiting game, comparing to those that have been waiting for such long time , I think we are still at baby steps, just make sure your file has been transfered to Ankara , ours took a month.

15 months!!! this would be my second time that I apply to sponsor my wife. the firs time they rejected our application after 13 months of waiting!! Now I am trying to reapply again. I am disappointed by seeing the processing time.

The Turkey website says that we have to pay RPRF online and submit the receipt during application to CPC-M. I did not do that. Do you think it's OK to pay RPRF online and submit it to Ankara office at a later stage?

I think so, yes. As far as I understood, there are two ways of doing so:
-Sending the payment to CPC-M. In that case you can pay online
-Sending the payment in the form instructed by the embassy

Also, another option is to wait for Ankara to request it. I have heard it only delays by 2-3 weeks.
