Maybe I will wait for a few more weeks and then order that. As my time line is close to yours so I keep my fingers crossed and best congrats to you who received the medical forms

Was wondered if you guys who received the medical forms recently, had sent the police certificate of your parents to Ankara before? Or if they asked for it when they sent you the medical forms??? It made me so worried last night as I haven't sent that yet and thought maybe I need to that before they send me the medical forms????? Would appreciate your replies

I sent the police certificate with the document when my file was in Mississauga.My suggestion is to send the police certificate as soon as possible and get the GCMS notes to get info about your file.

Oh I see. But they never asked for it, right? I asked my parents to send me the police certificate in early 2012 (after submitting the requested Nov 2011 updates) but didn't know where to send it at that time (Ottawa or Ankara ?) anyways, i assume it is expired now and we need to get the new ones.

And another question: Do you need your parents concent form for ordering GCMS notes?? (even if you are their sponsor
???)

Just wondered if there is any body else who haven't sent the police certificate yet and got the medical request or not???

Yes I received it through email. I'd sent the police certificate a few months ago.

Hmmmm... Looks like sometime they request the police certificate first and after that send the medical forms. Guys, did anyone else received the request for Police certificate before the medical test ?
