Apparently RMO has sent another request to the PP in Tehran to do additional tests for my father( we never received such a request from visa office in Ankara and we were notified accidentally when we called the PP in Tehran to see when did he send the previous medical test results).

I am not sure if the PP is sending the CORRECT results from referral specialist to Paris office( we have series of bad experience with this man) or manipulating them or send them incomplete in order to make an intentional delay on the process.

My questions, how can make we sure that the PP is sending the real results to the RMO, and if it is OK to send the copy of the referal specialist directly to Ankara or Paris?

Guys, do your parents filled the Passport Submission Form ( Height (cm)/ Color Eye, etc. ) that attached to the passports request ? I mean is it necessary if my parents send the passport by mail ? If it does, is it only one form per family or applicant's spouse needs to fill it as well (so totally 2 forms) ?

I could finally figure out what is wrong. Evidently, CPC-M had an error in calculating the RPRF for us when I paid the fee back in 2012 and sent the receipt along with the additional documents that CPC- M requested. Their system shows that the right is unpaid. Two call center agents were not helpful and were not even willing to look into the case. I kept calling back the center as it was the only place I could get help from until I found a very helpful agent that could assist me with my inquiry. I do not know how long it would take from now but the agent promised to sort out the issue through communication with CPC-M.

It is so frustrating that a calculation error by a CPC-M agent is causing unnecessary delay in processing the case. I have sent the payment receipt four times so far both to CPC-M and Ankara.

Spons I think they have just start to give PR to everyone and you will get yours soon. I am glad that you ordered the notes.If something is wrong you will find out soon. I email the Ankara 2 times and they answered me back. If i were you i would wait at least for a week. It is up to you.

The system is computerized now and PP should send the results directly to Paris Office. It was PP's responsibility to inform you of the additional test. My parents had to do some additional tests. Paris informed the PP immediately after Paris center did some preliminary analysis on the medical results and asked for some additional test ( due to diabetes).
GCMS notes will show if the medical results have been received. The online system shows too but usually with a delay and when the results are acceptable.

I just have been notified that the PP did not send our medical report requested by VO in September 2013( the PP has sent me emedical sheet and there is no trace of such a submission). We have had many issues before with this PP and now we are doubtful of his reliability.
Anybody knows that if we are able to get a copy of medical report posted by PP to RMO, can we request to get a copy of our e- medical report, I mean asking the RMO or VO not asking the PP.

hi guys i hope everyone is doing well. i have a question that may be a bit out of topic but i desperately need to get some guidance here. i applied for my wife's sponsorship and it all got approved. we send her passport to Ankara to be issued a visa yesterday. i have a wedding ceremony scheduled for the 19th of April in Canada. Me and my wife really want her mother to attend the wedding here in Canada. This means we have send out an invitation to her mom in regards to the wedding here. Can you guys please inform me what is the best way of going about with this. Should my mother in law apply for a visitors tourist visa or a super visa. What is the approximate wait time for her to be issued a Canadian visa. Should we apply for all this after my my gets her passport with the visa from Ankara?
