Their website mentions that you can't submit new application on paper until June 9, But it's not clear on when will they open.
I'm still hoping they'll start working on the existing applications after the 26 or 27 of May

The Amman Office’s June 9th update for Temprorary Visas as per the below on the website;

Applicants can no longer submit an application for temporary residence in paper at the VAC.
New Ministerial Instructions issued on May 19, 2020 have extended this measure until June 9, 2020.

That's what i understood so no paper applications until June 9 and it has to be online.
It doesn't mention anything about existing applications or office opening.
