Hello guys . I will link the tracker of the other visa office , you can enter it and have idea about the processing time there click on the tracker(Tracker) .

most of the people who got decision made they got ppr in the same day or some of them take about 15 day in total .

I think pre-arrival letter is not a part of the processing time procedures , its just an email(letter) to give you some tips and let you know how to prepare yourself when you move to Canada but still its a good sign. And there is no time frame when you will get the ppr after pre-arrival email. Reviewing your eligibility and background check is what matter and part of the process time and take little time. you will receive the ppr once Reviewing your eligibility and background check is done. I hope that will not take a long time.

Honestly the most important email is the PPR. Everything else is good sign but not as important as PPR
