Hi everybody, am new here and i need some help and advices if it possible due to my sponsorship situation.
I have received an email today telling me to submit documents and my wife passport:
Your Original valid passport(s) with at least one blank page.
· 2 recent photos (35mm x 45mm, white background).
· Your Original Iraqi Citizenship Certificate and your Iraqi Original ID.
. NOA from Revenue Canada for your Sponsor for 2013
. Employment letter and proof of income/salary for your Sponsor
Please submit these documents within 30 days of the date of this email. Failure to provide the requested documents within the given timeframe could result in the refusal of your application.
The expiry date of your visa will be 2014/07/02 OR the same expiry date of your passport (whichever comes first). You must arrive in Canada on or before this date, it cannot be extended or renewed.
the problem is that i am still looking for a job here in Calgary. So I do not have Employment letter
Also, my wife now is in her 8 months of pregnancy and they are saying that her visa will expire on 2 of July 2014 and will not be renewed or extended if she does not arrive to Canada in this date or before. In which gives me no time and i am confused about the short period of visa.
Please could anybody advise me what to do i will appreciate it. thanks
What's your timeline? When did you apply?
I guess she got her PR, but if her passport expires July 2, 2014, can't she renew it now and then send it to them? When my husband got the multiple visa, we renewed it before he got the visa stamped. She has to renew it now.
Also about your job, show them that you are still looking. Include that you applied online. Like apply online and send them a print out that you applied for a job. If you don't find a job or show them they will think that you cannot support her. But anyways, show them that you have made a profile online and sent out resumes online. Print out your profile and print out when you send in the resume. This is the best way. Also, show them your notice of assessment, this is good too. I think they asked for that.
For me, I am pregnant 7 months and I had to quit my job because I am at high risk. I proved it well for them by including my appointment paper from the high risk clinic and hospital. Also they asked me for proof that I will stay here. Anyways let me know how it goes for you! Good luck!
