Whats the number I should contact at the visa office regarding spousal sponsoring questions. I want to ask about the status of the application. Last time i called the embassey they sounded like clueless zombies...

سلام , هو أصلا ما كانوا يطلبون شهادة الجنسية , كل ما كانوا يطلبون شهادة ميلاد "ولادة" مترجمة وكذلك صورة جواز السفر . عجيب هذا الطلب وهذه أول مرة أسمع أنهم يطلبون شهادة الجنسية . يا أخوتي شنو معلوماتكم عن موضوع شهادة الجنسية ؟

you can check your status after getting the sponser aproval through the CIC website . Did you get the aproval or not ? ?

I did. Which is why now i'd like to see if its being viewed or not at the visa office. My emails go unanswered and I thoughht i'll call them. Might be better this way.

Honestly, I really dont think you'll get much help form them, not with your application so early in its stage. That's not to say "Dont call them", Just dont expect too much.

This is CIC information: Her Application was received in Mississagua on february 14, 2012. CIC sent a letter on MAY 24,2012 saying that they approved me to sponsor her and also her file was sent to AMMAN. Almost 3 weeks ago, on the E-case , I saw this notice: WE STARTED PROCCEING HER FILE ON FEBRUARY 07, 2013. This all the information I have. My questions approxmatelyIS MY WIFE'S FILE COMING AFTER YOURS OR CLOSE TO YOURS OR CLOSE TO ANY OTHER PERSON SHARING HIS/HER INFORMATION HERE ? PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND THANKS TO ALL.

first . Relax and be happy and you are in process now thats is so.good that mean they are working on your applicatin and till this moment.they dont ask for anything that.mean your papers is ok so be happy brother .your turn will come soon . For me they started processing my application on february 14,2013 and till now they dont ask me anything . Dont worry when they finish ur app. They.will send you the golden email telling you send ur wife pasport . So be happy and posative every thing is ok

I sent in my application late January 2012. Since then ecas was quiet. It said " application received. That status changed about february 5 2013. I hope this is a good step in this process. I ordered GCMS notes and im waiting for them to be sent to me. Hopefully i could get more details soon.

as roro said , be happy that ur ecas changed in process, my wife file is much before you, my application was sent july 2011 (15 months of process for stage 2) and still not changed to "in process" however, they asked me to redo my wife medical, Iraqi police certificate +wedding pictures.....so if they didn't ask you about anything and ur file has been changed to in process that's mean ur file is ok and nothing is missing.

"Copy of your family list (as married) , Iraqi Nationality Certificate and the Iraqi Citizenship certificate for you "


My questions:
1- What is "Copy of family list (as married)" and where can she get from ? شنو هذا ومن أين نحصل عليه ؟ وهل المقصود به هو أن تغير زوجتي وضعها في الجنسية أز هوية ألأجوال من باكر الى متزوجة علما أننا لم نفعل ذلك عندما تزوجنا وكل ما فعاناه هو حصولنا غلى عقد الزةاج من المحكمة

لم يطلبوا شيء اسمه وهل يوجد في العراق مستمسك رسمي اسم كتاب أو سجل العائلة ؟ أكو أحد منكم عنده هذا الشي أو سمع عن هذا الشي ؟ " family book "
Another question : Do we have in Iraq something called " family list (as married ) ? If the answer is Yes, then where can we get from ?
