Hi feverdreams, I have a question, what was the process to send your passport to Amman? what courier did you use?

I used DHL. You just tell them that I want it sent back to me as well and you pay 225. You have to sign the authorization paper that the embassy will send you when they send the passport request email.

You put the authorization paper in the envelope with your passport and the email they sent to you (the passport request email). Once it reaches the DHL office in Amman they are familiar with the procedure from there so someone will take it in to the embassy, drop it off,then pick it up

i just wonder how do we know the name of the person who's gonna collect the documents from the Canadian embassy so we can write down his name on the LETTER OF AUTHORISATION such as below

i have application sponsorship ..now my application in process and i receive today an email from amman office visa requested (citizenship iraqi certificate).... i just have 2 questions:
1- i will go to amman office in jordan next sunday and submit the citizen iraqi certificate to them ..my question is how long it take the application after i submit the requested document??

2- when they send email about requested document are they could request other documents later?? or they just send one email about all over they need?
