If you travel from Syria to any country you must register in UN to get protection document from this country and tell the VO your new Address.

المنتدى هذا هوخاص بالاشخاص الذين لديهم اقامة في كندا او لديهم جنسية كندية ويريدون سحب زوجاتهم او عوائلهم الى كندا بمعاملة سحب او كفالة تم تقديمها عبر مكتب الهجرة في كندا وتحولت الى مكتب الهجرة الكندي في سوريا في عام 2011

Dear nada123 first thank you to share these information but I want to clear important thing to you may be not quite clear.
this forum are specially for people who has already Canadian nationality or permanent resident in Canada and they want to sponsor there families to Canada,they apply it from CIC in Canada then transferred to Damascus VO since 2011.
you talk about UN organization to resettle the refugees in Canada and here the forum members are Iraq, Jordanian, Syrian are not refugees,they are immigrants,and they currently lives in Canada and they wait for their spouses visas to enter Canada and join their spouses families .
