Okay so they applied March 18 2011, AOR was received April 19 2011, PPR Sept 5th 2012.

Today my wife picked up her Visa from Amman Embassy. What they usually do, They take all passports from Sunday through Wednesday and ask you to come on Wednesday at 2 pm, then they give all passports back to everyone, there was lots of people but most of them Visitor Visas and other type of Visas. I am sure they are working on all your files, and they are trying to keep up with the piles that they have.
Also I want to advice anyone his/her medical expired or going to expire soon to do the medical test again and don't wait for them to call you.
the only thing you would lose is the cost! that what happen to us.
I wish everyone the best of luck inshallah and I hope we will be hearing PPR soon inshallah.

So glad to hear this! Best of luck! I had a quick question when you redid your second medical test did you send them anything (to the visa office) because we have done it a while ago back in july and we have not send them anything.

We did the test on January 18 2012, they didn't ask us to do it, we sent them a copy by email and they didn't respond. On June 13 2012 the Embassy sent email to my wife to do the medical test, so we sent them the green page and that was it.
The whole process took us 18 months and 2 days since our file was received at Damascus ! It was a nightmare but Thanks Allah for everything.
Inshallah you guys will celebrate soon.
