Just email the VO and let them know you can't do it, you don't have to do it if your husband stayed less than 6 months. It's their rule. Tell them that and see what they say. Good luck.

Thanks for that but we actually need a PCC from 3 different embassies (also India & Qatar) and NONE of them have been any help to him

That doesn't apply to us. Yours is 22 months if you're in Iraq and 23 months if you're in Jordan,but processing times are not important really. They are not very accurate.

The process of your application should be much faster then. Less than a year I would say

When did you apply?
It doesn't matter where he is from.the primary visa office is important. My husband is from Iran and the VO for IRAN is Ankara and it takes about 5-8 months for most of the applications to be processed but since my husband lives in Iraq because of his job they sent his application to Amman and then to Bucharest. We've been waiting for 14 months now.

I am on the same situation my wife status shows decision made but we did not receives any correspondence in regards . And i did not get the decision made on the applicant status .Will they update me if security checks is done? please advice.

I would like to ask all people whose file is under processing now in Bucharest Visa Office , to share month /date in which the application was received by the embassy to figure out when they might contact us and to see if there is a huge backlog currently on the embassy .
Waiting time is killing for all of us ......and we all missed our beloved persons
