- They started processing ur application on May 18,2016. therefore u received a correspondence from them after that date.

- There was something unclear for them about the name of ur husband. They might asked u about it and they did get an answer from u, also they got the police certificate clearance for ur husband.( I think u had to provide them two police certificate clearance (pcc) one from Georgia and one from Iraq as I understood when I read some of ur previous posts.)

- They consider ur application a non-routine case, which means not standard case and there r a lot of reasons for that for example: age difference, missing papers or forms in ur applications, mistakes in ur official papers like civil status identity;passports;marriage certificate etc, doughts about genuinity of ur marriage,etc.
August 31, 2016 is the new bring forword date sometimes called ((due date)) as u may saw it in ur ATIP record if u made a request for it before. anyway in that date they will open ur application again and assess the new papers they asked u to provide, and complete the processing of ur application depending on them.(I think they made a due date for u earlier than August 31 but they changed it for unknown reason, may be u asked for extension or something like that. You will get a correspondence from Bucharest visa office after August 31, 2016.

- I think this one is clear, ur medical exam is valid till June 9, 2017. looks like they asked ur husband for a new one and he send them a proof for that and they got it.

Thank u so much for explenation My husband is older than me 2 years only and he was my nighber I gave them my wedding pic and I'm pragnant what eals should prove this marrige and we where togather for long time after marrige so u mean 31,08,2016 they will start to open my file I have been applied for Two years and Two months I did send a notes but I didnt get a respond till now .

I have a quastion If the pcc is expired and the application still not complet yet he can inter to canada unless he do a new one or how does it work i'm so afrierd cuz my husband got really tierd when he finshed them cus 3 countery plz answer me

No it should be fine. They probably only requested new ones because the other ones were expired before you sent in your application

My husband did the iraqi one twice but for other just one time so the other one will expier next month cuz only 3 monthes and expier and they still doning nothing

I'm guessing maybe he had to do it twice because of a mistake in his name. When do your notes come in?

Everything is blank except for eligibility and background check which says review in progress. I'm mostly excited for Mycic because it's a faster notification for when decision is made.

why have you been waiting for long?? Since 2013?

Our application was refused and went through appeal and then we withdrew the appeal and I am thinking of trying again in a couple years but I am wondering if there is any way to get my husband in Canada while I am sponsoring him.
