Thanks for replying again, rcohen! How long was your wait to get in to see the panel Dr for your exam? I'm worried that this thing needs to be booked months in advance. It's a bit shocking the lack of Dr's available to us in the Northeast who need to undergo a medical exam.

there was no wait at all. i called up, and they could see me when ever i wanted. i was actually planning on having to wait, so it was shocking to be able to go in asap.

yeah, i didn't even think of checking out NY, MA, or RI since those states are easy to travel to. Just figured the price was going to be the same anywhere you go. didn't know i was overpaying.

if you do shop around, make sure to ask the doctor if they use the emedical system. there are some doctors who don't know how to use it.

I called the only panel Dr in NJ and his prices are

Adult: $380
Child: $200

The only panel Dr on the eastern side of PA is

Adult: $415
Child: $173

Both take appointments within a week's notice, which is great. I won't have to worry about scheduling it months prior to when we're ready. Both are cash or credit card only, and both have had flexible spending account credit cards go through with no issues. Neither process through insurance

I think we'll be going with the Philly Dr. He's only 20 miles from us vs the NJ Dr where we would have to deal with the never ending construction of the Jersey turnpike to get up to North Jersey.
