Am i able to sponsor my husband if his restoration of status is refused?

I have submitted my husband's restoration of status. Now, i wonder if i am able to sponsor my husband if his restoration of status is refused. I cannot submit the spouse sponsorship as of yet since i haven't received the marriage certificate.

Yes you can, spousal sponsorship give exceptions to people like your husband and out of status immigrants provided he has no criminal history,also i strongly advise you seek legal counsel
