I'm so worried! CIO receivd my app last oct 6 under noc 3132 but i didnt receive any cc charge yet and what happened was i lost my card end of nov so i sent a new payment form dec 7 bt until now i didnt receive any cc charge yet but my friend who applied the same date with me got her PER already
I got rejection for my first application because my CC got cancelled while my application was 2months and 8 days old.
I send a new DD and explanation letter immediately but result was negative.
And the latest charged is for November 14th application i believe.
Keep your fingers crossed. A miracle should happen now

Right, so do we have to call them until somebody answers the call who is ready to help us with UCI number??

I had wait times of 12 and 9 minutes after the 1111131#1 sequence, however the first call got disconnected before somebody answered, my fault though.

What did you ask her for?

PER or NER can come only after being charged.
Those files which went through completeness check are charged and then placed in queue for MI check. In MI check they check it for 67 points and reference letter usually. If the application doesn't meet 67 points or reference letter doesn't match with duties and responsibilities of the specific noc then there is a NER decision.
Otherwise PER.

hello freind, reference letters are checked prior to credit card charging (at least for primary NOC) the very few NER came up to date are for points lower than 67 as many cases got their file returned before charging due to issues with reference letters duties.
please advise your source for having reference letters checked after charging that generated NER

By the Grace of Almighty Allah, i recieved PER mail on 15th January. Checked my mail this morning and was surprised to see it, as i was expecting it in a few weeks time. Thanks to one and all for the support and guidance. Have to admit that with the support of this forum members, i got strength to apply on my own and save quite a few bucks by not hiring consultants. My timeline,

DD Encashed Date - 18th Dec 2014
PER Mail - 15th January 2015.
NOC - 2131

Hi KSA,
My DD was encashed on 16.12.2014, and so far no news from CIC.

As I have been to Canada as TR I am having a UCI no.

please advise how to check on ECAS (how to type the UCI no. XXXX-XXXX or XXXXXXXX?) system is saying that "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided"

please advise any other way to check and when should i expect feedback from CIC?
