This is u must do:

Step 1:
Send the revised payment form. Write a cover letter explaining what went wrong with the original payment form. Mention your Full Name, DoB, UCI (of you have any), Passport number. Also provide the detail of when and who received your original package through which courier and the tracking number. Send the letter and payment form at:

Citizenship and Immigration Canada
CIO Correspondence

Step 2:
After one week of your additional documents being received to CIO, send e-mail at cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca asking whether your additional documents have been added to the original application package. Mention your Full Name, DoB, UCI (of you have any), Passport number. Also provide the detail of when and who received your original package as well as additional documents through which couriers.

Hi there

Can anyone shed some light on my concern. I recently applied for FSW and regarding Background declaration form point no 6, last year I applied for a Canadian business visa to attend a 2-day meeting, my application was initially declined and when following week I appealed & reapplied I got the one. Now did I make a mistake by not ticking yes in Section 6.d or since I got the visa I rightly did not put a yes in place. Please share your views on the situation.

I even did not know about UCI on business visa stamp or initial refusal letter when I had my FSW application filled. What should I do now?

I want to apply for NOC 2281 (COMPUTER NETWORK AND TECHNICIANS) and I am ready to fill all forms..

I have one confusion in the Generic Application form, under Education/Occupation detail there is question about

Current Occupation and Intended Occupation.

So is this some specific answer to be filled ? If I choose Intended Occupation from the Example Titles of NOC 2281 like System Administrator
then is that fine ?

Moreover, under Schedule-3, que-12 Your work Experience

A) Occupation - so what should I write here ?

B) Occupation - here I mention the designation of employers - is that fine ?

please check the following link to see if ur JOB title and Duties match any of the Titles Mentioned. It should be one of those or closely related.

Yes - you should certainly have ticket "yes" since you were refused. If you don't correct this error, CIC may make a finding of misrepresentation and refuse your application. As soon as you have an application ID from CIC, you should mail them a corrected copy of the form with a cover letter explaining your error.

Hi All,

The guidelines for notarizing includes 2nd point of mentioning "the name of the original document".

I am confuse here how the Notary Public (Person) will notarized the doc (of course by matching with Original) mentioning that THIS IS NAME OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENT on photocopy.

E.g. Appointment Letter of Company One.. Now when I go for notarizing then the Person will match with Original and will stamp the Photocopy.. Now he will write on it "This is Appointment Letter of Company One".

Is this correct ? or I am misunderstanding something.
