This is u must do:
Step 1:
Send the revised payment form. Write a cover letter explaining what went wrong with the original payment form. Mention your Full Name, DoB, UCI (of you have any), Passport number. Also provide the detail of when and who received your original package through which courier and the tracking number. Send the letter and payment form at:

Step 2:
After one week of your additional documents being received to CIO, send e-mail at cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca asking whether your additional documents have been added to the original application package. Mention your Full Name, DoB, UCI (of you have any), Passport number. Also provide the detail of when and who received your original package as well as additional documents through which couriers.
