Just found out my credit card was charged on Dec 9th! I fall under the marketing noc 1123s and i sent my application on oct 8th, received at cic on Oct 14th. Keeping my fingers crossed. Sorry i forgot how to update the spreadsheet. Help anyone!? :-X

When does one get included in the Completed Applications tally for each NOC? After CC/DD charge? After PER? Or later?

I think it is a good sign that your file has already passed successfully through completeness check. I think CIO may have also initiated the process for encashing your DD, and according to what I have learnt from other forum members here that e-cas status may not appear but only before 2 or 3 days of PER issuance, so I think this is not related to rejection or any negative assumption!

Most likely the figures on CIC website refer to those files that passed the stage of completeness check, which directly precedes the fees encashment stage.

Yes bro, you are right. we share the same date of application. My NOC is 4011 and I paid by DD, too. Unfortunately, I don't have a UCI number and don't know anything about my application. I sent an email to CIO about 25 days ago, but still haven't received anything from their side.
