The current situation on charging and PER issuance
On CC:The earliest CC charging finally down to 62 days.Applicants waiting period gradually coming
down and will be down to the usual 30 days very soon.
On CC:Late charging could be up to 90 days now based on 1.Card declining.2.Failure in network.
Attempt on charging will be carried out 3 times and by the last attempt if problem persists,application
will be returned.
On DD:The encashment is subject to prompt processing among the parties involved in the transaction.
For application received on the same date with CC or DD mode of payment,payments are being effected at the same time.
For example:
Application received on the 9th July.
CC CHARGED:28 OCT with applicant getting alert via SMS/Email instantly or within 24 hrs.
DD ENCASHED:28 OCT with applicant waiting period for such encashment for 7-10 days but
now it is 10-20 days due to the current operational changes at CIC.
On PERER notification via email within 4-7 days as at November but the current scenario
now for PER issuance is 2-4 weeks after payment deduction.

Many people are asking why noc like 3012 suddenly stop charging since sept 15 and the latest capping for 3012 is just 613... Can you please why this scenario happen?....

Another question, per Palak's stats, it still shows a lot applications in pending status from August/Sep. What could be the reason for that?

Just relax.
You should be charged today or before 12/15/2014.

There's another girl who got charged on Dec9th, app date Oct 10th CC, NOC 1123!!!

I'm the same date as you...... ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

I'm 2281 from Oct 01 and no CC charged until now... I'm already getting crazy from turning the phone on to check THE SMS.

But, with people from end of Sep and early Oct, I'm not exactly worried... just a little bit.

That's right, It sems that they are now working on the most popular NOCs. People from August are being charged now. Our NOCs are low priority ones, so we must still wait. Do not lose your grip! We will all get happy news in the end!

Guys Shouldn't CIC fasten their Processing as EE is on it's way and lots of Backlog are there in FSW 2014.

That's the problem backlog.. They are targeting specific noc to be done first.. After that they will rush back to the apps they set aside.. That's why charging is jumping for one date to another date

I hope we will all have our turn... I also read from the global thread noc starting from 00 will take much time for review... So I guess we need to turn till January to February... But I am hoping and praying things will get faster since applicants are getting lesser and lesser ...
