Well then your attorney has submitted to the wrong place because now all FSW applications need to first send to Sydney NS .... it is stated on the CIC web page and I have no idea why you said your attorney has submitted your application to London office ??

Ok I guess his attorney is in London and he compiled his case application in london after which his attorney sent the app to CIC Sydney!

Plz help...I m an oct 6th applicant noc 3012..justchecked the update... its 561...am I safe...literally tensed!

Yipee , finally found my NOC mate, same date same NOC, I pray we get CC'd and PER'd soon.

I'm planning on sending my second application under NOC 3233 next week, because I have been anxious and scared about how fast the NOC 3012 is filling up, so my sister who is an LPN in Canada advised me to apply under this NOC and also get my employer to write some of NOC 3233 job description in my reference letter.
I hope this is a good idea, anyone that has done something similar to this should please advise. Thanks

Gud to hear u r under the same noc...dont worry dear I feel we l definitely b in the next updated cap...coz now that oct app are getting charged and the number is 613....also i guess they are less sep applications. .I feel oct app will make it..frankly speaking even I m v.v.tensed I keep on asking senior members though ! But just have faith in the Almighty that my prayers will not go in vain..b positive. .

I saw an Oct applicant got CC'd in another forum so this is good news for us.
I just can't wait for that debit alert, this wait is killing.

I read from another forum, an Oct 1st applicant confirmed being CC'd on Dec 4th. So that means completeness checks has started for Oct applicants.
YOU can relax as your NOC is a cold one and not hot like some others.

Your application would had been c-checked and UCI'ed. Once you are charged only then your data entry is done in the system. , or if someone fails Completeness-Check then also he/she is entered into the system and file is sent back, in which case they tell you ,"yes your file has been sent back due to a few reasons".

So now pray October is c-checked and deem your self to be lucky for them not having any info on you so early
